Frontal Chat is made by Frontal Web, a web design and development studio in Miami, Florida.
Building sites for businesses, we kept hearing the same request: answer the questions customers ask at 10pm, without a chatbot that invents prices or promises the business can't keep.
Frontal Chat is our answer. It knows what you've published, and it says so when it doesn't.
We keep it deliberately simple: one website, one assistant and a clear monthly allowance of replies, with the same AI quality on every plan. We'd rather tell you what it can't do yet than oversell it. The features page lists both.
