Frontal Chat uses only the cookies and browser storage that are needed for sign-in, security and keeping a chat conversation going. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of.
1. What we use

2. Your choices
These items are necessary for the parts of the service you use, so they are set without a consent banner. You can delete them in your browser settings; you will then be signed out, or a chat will start as a new conversation.
3. For businesses using the chat window
The chat window stores one item in your visitors’ browser on your website, listed above. Mention it in your own website’s cookie or privacy notice where your local law requires.
